Sharing a good laugh with my husband is one of the most wonderful things in my life. Aside from that, I stay young by trying new things, exercise, eating wonderful healthy whole foods and challenging myself on different levels. I love being outside and enjoying nature... whether it's a thunderstorm or a windy day, I celebrate it all! And it's a mind thing. You feel young if you THINK young. It was the second time he was physically abusive and, having a daughter together, i knew it was time to go. Today, after the beer wore off, he is the kindest, most gentlest soul. Nuzzling me, and telling me he loves me 5 times in a row. Its so confusing, because this is the man i fell for... but i know when i get home tonight and he has a couple beers in him, it will be a whole different story. I drink a green smoothie every morning, I swim 25 laps or more every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and run on the in between days. I spend time in my garden picking out weeds and planting new seeds (you would be surprised how much that works the glutes). I spend some time in the sunshine every day, and take walks. But more importantly I chose to be joyful. I am filled with joy from within, and I don't allow circumstances from the outside to bring me down. I experience emotions just like everyone else if something is sad or whatnot, but I remember that I am always care for by our beautiful Universe. Finally, I laugh every day. Laughter is the cure for everything! Smile, laugh, eat well, stay connected to your power and you will stay young forever!
